EP004 Our Wholeheartedness, De-Mystifying Trauma & the Permission to Be You w/Mary-Margaret Sweeney

Today is part two of our interview with Mary-Margaret Sweeney, founder of seek&summon. We dove in deep from the moment we sat down together. We explored a number of soulful and necessary topics like owning our individual expression, demystifying trauma, honoring shame, being mindful of our own privilege and holding space for others, and unfolding our own healing path.
